Who we are
KS Roof Master is a roofing contractor operating across Greater London. We have been carrying out roof repairs, flat roof work, chimney repairs and emergency call-outs since 2004, which means 22 years of hands-on work on London roofs.
The business is run as KS Roof Master Limited, a Private limited company registered in England and Wales (company number 12268450) with its registered office at International House, 36-38 Cornhill, London EC3V 3NG.
We work on everything from Victorian terraces and 1930s semi-detached houses through to modern flats and large commercial premises. The difference in roof construction across London is exactly why a local roofer matters: the right repair for a slate roof in Muswell Hill is rarely the right repair for a flat roof in Dagenham.

How we work
Every job starts the same way, whether it is a £££ patch or a full re-roof:
- Free inspection. We look at the roof properly, take photographs and explain what we have found.
- Written quote. You get a written quote with the scope of work, the materials and the price before anything starts. All prices are indicative and confirmed in your written quote before work begins.
- Agreed work only. We do the work that has been agreed and priced. Nothing is added on the day.
- Guarantee. Workmanship is guaranteed for 2 years on every repair we carry out.
Our guarantees and insurance
All of our work is backed by a written guarantee and by public liability insurance. Workmanship and materials are guaranteed separately, because they are not the same thing: Workmanship is guaranteed for 2 years on every repair we carry out. We cover all 32 London boroughs. We cover every London borough, with emergency call-outs at any hour. We aim to inspect within 48 hours of booking across central London.
